The Dermatology Aesthetic Nurses Association Ireland (DANAI) is a not-for-profit organisation supporting NMBI-registered nurses practising in dermatology and aesthetic nursing in Ireland. Established over 20 years ago, DANAI was founded by a dedicated group of nurses who recognised the need for defined patient safety standards, professional support, and clear guidance for nurses working within NMBI guidelines and their individual scope of practice. Today, DANAI continues to advocate for excellence in dermatology and medical aesthetics, prioritising patient safety, promoting best clinical practice, and championing high-quality education and training for nurses across Ireland.
